Hello and welcome to my blog; today I have a sweet little card for you that's not only sweet but it's a simple stamping card perfect for a new crafter.  This card only uses stamps ink and paper which makes it perfect for someone that's just starting out.  I used the Hooray to You Stamp Set which is in the 2020-2021 Stampin' Up!
