I Got You a Cake - Way To Goat Stamp Set

Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am going to share with you a fun little card using the Way To Goat Stamp Set.  I was in a pink mood today:  So, I used Polished Pink as the main color of my card.  Here's a look at todays card.  

Way to Goat Stamp Set:

When you need to create a birthday card and want to make it fun, choose the playful images and amusing greetings of the Way to Goat Stamp Set.  The set contains 10 cling stamps.

For my Card I used a piece of Polished Pink Cardstock to create the 4 1/4" x 11" A2 card base.  My focal image on the card started with a piece of Basic White Cardstock layer cut at 4" x 5 1/4".  I then added a piece of Polished Pink designer series paper from the 2021-2023 In Colors 6" x 6" Designer Series Paper pack.  I stamped the sentiment at the top of the Basic White layer in Polished Pink Ink.  The color coordination is one of the great things about products from Stampin' Up!.  This color coordination will allow you pick the perfect color cardstock, ink and other items that match perfectly.  

I then stamped one of the little goat images on a 2 3/4" x 2 3/4" piece of Basic White Cardstock in Tuxedo Black Ink.  I then colored it with my Stampin' Blends.  I used the following Stampin' Blends to color the images; Smoky Slate, Polished Pink, and Basic Black Stampin' Blends Combo Packs.  I then created a mask by stamping the same image on a post it note and cut it out with my Paper Snips.  I placed the mask over the colored image and used my Blending Brushes and some Coastal Cabana Ink to create the ink blended sky background.  I then stamped the ground image in Mossy Meadow Ink under the goat while I had the mask in place.  

After all the color was complete I layered the colored layer onto a piece of 3" x 3" Polished Pink Cardstock.  I wrapped some Polished Pink Open Weave Ribbon around the first layer and tied it into a bow.  I then layered this onto the Polished Pink card base.  At this point I placed the colored image onto the card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.  

To finish off the card I added a Basic White layer to the inside with the inside sentiment.  I then added a few of the pink colored pearls from the Patel Pearls to complete the card.
