Awesome Otters Diagonal Fold Easel Card - Video Tutorial
Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am going to share with you the card that I made during my weekly YouTube Live. Last night I shared how to make a Diagonal Fold Easel Card with the Awesome Otters Stamp Set.
Awesome Otters Birthday:

The images in the Awesome Otters Stamp Set have fun line art images of the cutest little otters. There are three different images to color with your favorite coloring media.
Diagonal Fun Fold:
I created my fun fold from a piece of 4 1/4" x 11" cardstock scored at 5 1/2". I then went and created a diagonal score line on the card base from the 5 1/2" score line to the opposite corner. Next, all you have to do is fold the diagonal score line back and forth a couple times to create the fold for the easel.
Add a 4" x 5 1/5" piece of coordinating cardstock to the front panel. Make sure to only add adhesive to the bottom part of the diagonal scored panel. This will create the easel part that stands upon the card.
Color Combinations:
Color can make a project look completely different and can change the feel of a project. Color is a very powerful thing. The first color combination I came up with was Bumblebee, Old Olive, Blackberry Bliss, and Crumb Cake.
The next color combination that I came up with for the card that I created on the video was Flirty Flamingo, Daffodil Delight, Old Olive, and Soft Suede.

Make it Stand:
To make the easel stand up you will need something to stop the easel. All you simply need is a stopper.
To make the stopper all you need to do is add a 1 1/4" Basic White Cardstock circle with the sentiment to a 1 1/2" Circle made from coordinating colored cardstock. All you have to do next is add a Stampin' Dimensional to the circles and add to the inside of the cards at the bottom and you're all done.
