Double Dutch Door Christmas Card - Painted Christmas Suite ~ Rick Adkins

Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am going to share with you a fun and easy Double Dutch Door card that you can make with some supplies that you have on hand. I used products from the Painted Christmas Suite from the 2021 July-December Mini Catalog. Here's a look at the card.

It’s beginning to look a lot like Christmas when you use the Painted Christmas Suite Collection. I made the base of this card from one sheet of Thick Basic White Cardstock. The way I designed this card I didn't have to do any additional cutting or gluing to create the base as with most Dutch Door Cards. I will share the video that I made a few months ago sharing how to do this technique.

To complete the card I layered my pieces of Painted Christmas Designer Series Paper to Cherry Cobbler Cardstock mat layer. To decorate the card I stamped some holly leaves in Evening Evergreen Ink and the berries in Cherry Cobbler Ink. I used the matching dies to cut them and the label out. The sentiment came from the Christmas to Remember Stamp Set.

The finish touch to this card is the bow made from the Cherry Cobbler & Gold 1/2" Ribbon. I attached the bow with a Mini Glue Dot.
