Just a Little Note - Lots of Hearts Stamp Set

Hello and welcome to my blog; today I am going to share with you the card that I made last night on my Facebook Live.  Every so often on my Facebook Live, I do a Customer Choice.  This is where everyone watching gets to help pick out the products that I use to create that night's project.  This time I actually already had a kit cut with some of the supplies and ready to do.  This was a kit I had made up a few weeks back to do a different Live with but did another project instead.  I thought this would be a great way to use that kit.  Here's a look at the card that we came up with last night.

In my card kit that I had premade a few weeks back, I had a Basic Black card base, two Flirty Flamingo Layers, a White Stitched Circle, a piece of True Love Designer Series Paper, and a piece of Flower & Fields Designer Series Paper.  So, I let everyone pick between two stamp sets.  Last night the choices were Lots of Hearts and Kangaroo and Company.

As you can tell the Lots of Hearts stamp set was the winner between the two.  Which I was kind of surprised about.  I thought that everyone would go for the cute little Kangaroos.  Once the stamp set was picked I let them pick the color of ink we were going to use.    Everyone picked from three colors that I picked out of the Flower & Fields Designer Series Paper.  The choices were Mango Melody, Flirty Flamingo, or Bumblebee.  It was a close race between Bumblebee and Flirty Flamingo.
As you can tell they picked Flirty Flamingo.  I picked the dotted heart from the Lots of Hearts Stamp Set to use because it fits into my stitched circle.  Most of the other hearts from the stamp set were two big.

Next, I had everyone pick from three different Ribbons that would work with the card.  They were the White Metallic Edged Ribbon, Gorgeous Grape Sheer Ribbon, and Bumblebee In Color Ribbon.  This was a pretty easy choice since Bumblebee is in the Flowers & Fields Designer Series Paper.  Next, I gave them the choice between the Resin Hearts and Rhinestone Basic Jewels.

I love doing Facebook Lives this way sometimes to get everyone involved and so that they feel as if they are creating right there online with me.  That's one thing that's so important during the Pandemic; the feeling of inclusion and community.  To finish off the card I added a piece of Basic White stamped with the same heart image going up one edge.
