Praise Worthy Prose Bundle Introduction

Hello and welcome to my blog; you may be wondering where is Episode 29 of Saturday Simple Stamping?  Well, I am getting ready for Rodney's Memorial Service today and I will return next Saturday with the next Episode of Rick's Saturday Simple Stamping.  But, in the meantime I have these cute projects to share with you featuring the Praiseworthy Prose Bundle from the Annual Catalog.  Here's a look at one of the projects using it.

With the Praiseworthy Prose bundle you can do so much with it. Here for example you have a super cute birthday or a card for any celebration.  With the addition of the different colored layers and the bold black "YAY!" this card just pops.  The sentiments in the Praiseworthy Prose stamp set are nicely spaced so that they can be cut down to make these tiny little banners you see here.  As you can see with the stamp set you have some great sentiments.  As you can see the sentiments are created in a definition style.  You also have fun images that you can use in the background.

The Hand-lettered prose dies are so versatile and if placed just right they can create the perfect handwritten sentiment.  You can line them up with a piece of cardstock and then secure with washi tape before running through your die cutting machine.  There are 43 dies in the die set; which include an alphabet and other peaces that work together to create fun cards.  With the bundle and just the dies along you can create some fun projects with great techniques.  As you see below with the cards made with the Eclipse Technique.

I love how they created the watercolor wash in the background then used the letters to cut it out.  It adds a super fun look to a very clean and simple card.  And this is just the tip of the iceberg that you can do with this fun bundle.  You can also create home decor pieces as well as I will share with you in just a few minutes.  But before we do that here's a little video form Stampin' Up! talking about this fun bundle.

Now that you have watched the video and saw a couple of the samples above and learned a little more about this bundle.  Let's look at a little home decor piece you can create with it.

I love how they used all the different colors of cardstock to die cut all the letters.  This would be a great way to use up a lot of your scrap cardstock just laying around.  Plus one of the best things is you can totally customize it for anything.  I could see this as a gift at a baby shower; or a great birthday gift.  What occasion do you think it would be a great gift for?
I hope that you found this post helpful if you have been on the fence about the Praiseworthy Prose Bundle.  This was also one of the sets that I used this week on Rodney's Memorial Card.  You can pick this cost saving bundle up in my online store by clicking the shop button above or by clicking on the item in the shopping list below.
